NEA Planning Part 4 - Location information


 Introduction:


The purpose of the task i’m about to complete is to assess and identify which locations i will use for my music video. I will be giving an area i plan to use for my music video and will make a risk assessment for what i need to take into account when filming and the safety of my actors when filming, some areas will be rough terrain so i must be careful and take extra precautions.


Location


When looking into location i decided why they were suitable and hazards i'd need to be careful of, weather being a main precaution to take into account.






Conclusion


I have decided that these locations are suitable as not only do they effectively relay the message i intend to give to my audience, but it also gives an in site to how i plan to effectively use these areas to advantage. One issue being the weather which i will have to take into account every time i plan to film, as i may have to film other days, Grays being a main issue as i plan for my actor to stand on a wall, and the slip hazard when wet is far too dangerous to film, so when planning when to film i will have to make sure the weather is suitable on particular days.

  Producers/Directors Research       Introduction     In this post I will be researching a range of media producers of my chosen brief (music videos), paying particular attention to the style and use of conventions in the type of media products they produce.   Genre Research     Introduction   I am going to be doing research into the genre of my brief.
